Spotless place and marvellous location, loved supper friendly and accommodating staff. The queen room was relaxing, it had a safe box, a mini bar and central heating. The bed was very comfy; and there was a bathtub.

Great gym, stunning views from the lighthouse, beautiful natural surroundings, relaxing jacuzzis, and a cool lounge bar to escape the world.

Mosquitos in the room were like helicopters, and the staff spoke excellent German but struggled with English and Spanish - on a Spanish island, mind you! Hilarious!

The place is in a fantastic location just a short walk from the beach and the rooms are modern and comfortable with twin beds for a good night's sleep.

loved the modern clean junior suite with an amazing balcony, offering comfort even on a rainy day. The staff was friendly and the pools had great views. Canyamel is a charming town with a beautiful beach. Tasty breakfast and beach across the street.

Food lacked passion and proper cooking.

The room was spacious and had two comfortable twin beds. the bathroom was practical and served its purpose. 🛌 the food here was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from on the menu.

The rooms are comfortable with a coffee machine, twin beds, and a nice bathroom, and the breakfast choices are plentiful in the restaurant.

Had a fantastic New Year's holiday at this hotel! the breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of fresh, locally sourced fruits and pastries. the spa facilities were also wonderful, and we enjoyed a relaxing massage. the hotel is located just a short walk from the beach, and we loved watching the sunset over the ocean each day.

Although the location was great, there weren't many restaurants nearby and we found ourselves eating at the hotel restaurant more often than we would have liked. the service at the bar by the pool was a bit slow, but the friendly staff made up for it.

Great food selection, comfortable beds, fast internet, attentive staff, excellent location near beautiful beach, good entertainment.

Excellent staff - super friendly and helpful! Quiet and comfortable beds. Just 100m from the jaw-dropping sea. Lovely pool with always enough sunbeds. No competition for them in the morning! A lovely place, would definitely stay again.

Located just a minute away from the beach and a couple of beach bars, this hotel offers a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Breakfast is really good and the landscaped pool area is quiet and clean, with plenty of loungers and towels included. the stylish and spacious junior suites are a plus, and staff is friendly and helpful.

Some guests have complained about slow service at the bar.
